Whistleblowing is a term referred used for a person who passes the information of misconduct , wrongdoing or any kind of fraud of an organization or company. The person who disclose the informally is generally associated with the respective org. He or she could be an employee , a client or could be an outside observer like journalist .

They beleive certain actions are illegal , inappropriate and shouldn't be continued further so take the action of exposing tbe information to general department in the expectation of further action which be legal or disciplinary when it's related to a company .

Three ways in which organization can prevent itself from going to the extent of whistle blowing are :-

1)Strengthening their anti-corruption department by giving it more authority and mking it more vigilant on potential financial fraud activities.

2)Making functioning and clearing internal grievances as open as possible so that the employees or customers can reach to concerned authority for their complaints.

3) Their should be a visible dedicated team to look after all the complaints, grievances and assurance of no witch hunting on the basis of complaints. A complete assurity over no harassment policy to encourage more open environment and robust internal communication structure.
