Vaccine prevention of drug-resistant TB would provide highly leveraged economic benefits given the extraordinary costs of caring for MDR-TB and XDR-TB cases, which would be very much enomical measure for the financially poor countries where TB has a great impact on the population. New drugs and better diagnostics are needed to combat MDR-TB and XDR-TB in the short to medium term after the disease has already developed but that will not prevent the spread in the population and hence more individuals would be affected and this will create more burden for drugs treatment which is very much difficult, while developing a vaccine capable of preventing TB disease and established MTB infection represents a critical long-term strategy to curb the spread of both drug-resistant and drug-sensitive MTB strains.

You are trying to establish the IgG response from a recently vaccinated individual, where it will be important to know how much IgG they have both before and after the vaccination. You start with two samples of 8 mL of blood, one from before vaccination and one after. You use an affinity chromatography technique to remove just the IgG (ε = 1.35 g-1L cm-1). You end with a 2 mL sample of each. The pre-vaccinated sample has an A280 reading...
