Therefore,customer care to TQM has been developed to design and improve quality,culary customer satisfaction,at all levels .it can be defined as management approach for an organization focused on the efficiency,commitement of all of their members and the long company and community can achieve thought customer loyalty and benefits.TQM promotes a variety of hypothesis,such as the use of statistical quality control techniques,which Edwards Deming emphasized increased consistency.

Quality practices for consumers show that we have to concentrate on overall quality and help organizations,with limited resources and budget ,to adapt to the needs and demands of society.
