After having the opportunity to complete the Internet and Interactive Media Marketing course, what would you change and why? What topic particularly caught your interest and what do you want to know more about? Last, but not least, if you could share with the next class one piece of advice about this class, what would it be? Please note that this pertains to the class, the materials, flow/organization, etc.
I have been interested in topics such as quality services, employee engagement, inventory management, supplier selection, channel development, portfolio management, human resources and so on. I'll learn if research has been fortunate in real-life or organizational situations. I would like to share my experience and suggestions to the next class that will diligently learn every little concept and theory. The best way to clarify doubts and get more attention on specific themes are class lectures and assignments. Each teacher and mentor and senior student has an important aspect to the behavioral approach. For your next future, it will be a good network. Online resources and cases may be a good alternative but try to refer the library and reference book resources. In this case, you feel any doubt that the learning faculty members must contact. Conceptual clarity is a student's most important aspect without which success can not be achieved. Participation in extracurricular events such as cultural events, sporting events and college parties is also important.
ALTERNATIVE ANSWER
This HRM course was very helpful to me and helpful. My HR knowledge has been improved by this course. I think my career goals have changed after this training, in which I want a career in HR in large MNC firms. After studying this course, I'd change my behavior because HR is not an easy subject or work. It calls for great management skills, skills in communication, leadership and skills because HR serves as the connecting bridge between company and employees. So I had to ensure I could be more professional in my personality and behavior. The special issue I have been interested in is performance evaluation, because I think that employee performance is very relevant to every company. I would like to know how in real world companies we can use various kinds of performance evaluation methods, for example 360 degree or MBO. I would also like to learn how using the HR scoring card can contribute to performance assessment. I believe that performance evaluation has helped to improve employee talent and skills to meet company standards. HR must make sure that the performance of employees is up to standard so that performance assessments are very convenient and attract my interests and want to learn more. The advice I would like to advice you that as students, we need to collect knowledge of the topic and try to use it in practice as many of us consider HR a theory subject. We must be attentive to every subject and try to analyze it in depth to make it better understood.
