I ususally like to attend the seminars,I often read self help books and sometimes I change my thought process.
Let us take example of a seminar attended of how to be successful, cheerful etc. Such seminars are lot of refreshing, they are mind detox. I would change my thinking towards life, would start thinking of problems in positive terms instead of merely worrying for those.
The way our thinking changes whenever a problem comes particularly caught my interest about looking at things, why there is change in thinking when the thing remains just the same and just because it is not in the capacity we may find it as problem. I want to know more about how to deal with those problems, what are they tipps and techniques of dealing with those problems.
When I would share this in the next language development class, it would be look at life with positive sense, try to find something meaningful and fruitful from the life
