why do negative behaviour affect organisational success
The behavior of an organization’s workforce determines its success or struggles. Since we deal with people and each of them are from different walks of life coming together with different expectations, it is imperative to create an environment which is supportive of each other at workplace, respectfully decline or encourage each other opinion and faith in each other and management.
A few typical traits of a negatively behaved employee is one who’s productivity levels are low, intentionally not putting in best effort, missing work deadlines, deconstructive criticism, damaging customer relations, creating an air of distrust amongst each other /or towards the management. These behaviors can be further classified into two major categories which threaten an organization success
