This is organizational behaviour in which the firm always works and comes up with new and innovative ideas for their product, services and even for their working process. These organizations are always introducing new products and services in the market which make them unique as compared to the other organizations which always follow a traditional process which has been used for many years. Even Though this behaviour helps the organization to build a unique identity but still this behaviour is seen as unpredictable and harmful for the life of the organization as it constantly affects the organizational strategy and effectiveness.

  • In this behaviour organization is always under change and making new and innovative progress it becomes difficult to stick to a single channel of strategy that is the reason that strategies need to be changed after every new process or idea implementation and due to this management need to be extra cautious on the operations of the organization in order to identify for any harmful loophole in the process.
  • Organization is always not too responsive towards the constant change and that is the reason the effectiveness of the organization gets affected constantly and in order to manage and make sure that it does not harm the organizational operations they need to constantly train and skill building of the employees to make them dynamic towards working in any new situation.
