Needs theory is one of the Theories of Motivation. Base on Needs theory, does salary/wage/pay/money is a good influencer & effective instigator? Why?

Yes, money in any sort is the good influencer & effective instigator. Let's take an example a person is working in a company as a writer, and his work is just to write 1 page a day. He does his work and gets a monthly salary for this. There are other employees who work with him and they also work the same what he does. There around 2 other people, in total 3 people are there and who writes in the company and daily one page.
But one fine day the two other people resign from the company because of some issues, and only one person left. The boss asks the employee who is left to take over the work of other employees and he will be paid double of his salary. And the employee took over the work.
So in this case money motivated him to work more, so he can earn double.
And this happens in every organization. Money, salary, wages are good influencer.
And on the other hand, it brings trouble sometimes. Look at the above example, The employee is working and after he gets double of his salary he gets more work to do. And there is pressure on him. But he is motivated and works hard. In this case, he takes more time to complete his work, and this leads him to stay till late night in office. And because of this he leaves for home late. And his wife waits for him till late night, and his everyday habit of coming late has created a tension between them. And because of his extra work he cannot take off on weekends.
There is fight in the house on daily basis, and this has lead to trauma. And the employee can not work properly. Boss asks him to concentrate or he will be fired.
This shows that money motivated him to work and money also created tension
