AIM OF THE STUDY :
The aims of the study is to find out comprehensive factor that influennce academic motivation of miniority ethnic groups of Students .There is several factors has found related to family , school and society .These considerable factor take into account while developing intervention as aim of promoted academic achievement .The major aims of study is findout which factor influennce in academic achievement and what ways these are influennce in academic achievement .
Academic achievement:
Motivation is key factor for academic achievement of miniority ethnic groups .the studnets who belong from major group possess high intrinsic motivation which resulted good academic achievement where in ethnic groups show extrinsic motivation and lead to low academic achievement . Besides family doesn't provide desirable supportive enviornment . School and society also do not give any remarkable importants . So they have cereated such kind inferiority complex which lead to low academic achievement as well as low academic motivation .
CONCLUSION THE STUDY :
Author has drawn generalization with describe positive and negetive impact of these factor in academic achievement . Undoubtedly school , family , society is key factor but more research is needed to find out more appropriate factor .Besides more standard instruemeent is necessary to findout the factor .Aknowledging importants of factor identified in this review could facilitate in the develoment of appropriate intervention for the enhancement of academic motivation and academic acheveiment for miority ethnic group.Further more research is needed to to measure motivation to generate a intergrative model that provides structure to identify in relation to motivation which can be used as intervention .
