How is the income/retirement plan of wealthy individuals related to their gender and their race/ethnicity?
Income of an individual is determined by a multitude of social and cultural factors. It is thus noted that race, ethnicity gender and even housing influence the income of a family. The class differences are more stark in urban cities and thus wealthy individuals wouldn’t have greater disparity in their income benefits based on their gender ( heterosexual men would be earning more than women and sexual minorities), race( Anglo Americans hold more executive positions and therefore earn higher than their Asian, Hispanic or African American counterparts and the latter often get more employment opportunities in the tertiary sectors). Although the question doesn’t not mention it but, my reading shows that the difference in income and retirement plan exists even in terms of township as people from cities will have a higher And more beneficial retirement opportunities plan compared to people from the countryside or underdeveloped towns.
