Career Goals Statement
Staring with the short term goals which leads to the long term goals, for example, Goal1 - getting into the new industry or organization which is projects oriented, Goal2 - learning a new skill set to perform research in project management, Goal3 -gaining more knowledge on the project management leadership and project team building, Goal4 - gradually progress to have authority in the project management role or project oriented organization (may be as a project management office). These short term goals can be achieved in three to six months duration and these will lead to the long term goal of (considering time duration of over two or more years) becoming a successful project manager and lead the project management office for an organization by incorporating the company’s mission , and become the successful PMO for a fortune 500 company. To achieve the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification need to done by completing the mandatory 40 hours of education and training.
