Main goal of health care administrator is to create a work environment that treats patient in the most effective and financially responsible way possible.

1.Managing resources efficiently :

• Health care administors negotiate escalating health care costs , change in trends in reimbursement services ,increasing demands for transperancy and increasing workforce shortages to fulfill a hospitals social mission in the delivery of quality health care.

2.Managing work place diversity :

• Ignoring diversity and providing culturally incongruent nursing care adversely effects patients outcome and jeopardize patients safety.
• Health care administors help doctors and nurses learn to appreciate and overcome issues stemming from cultural diversity through creating working environment that embrace diversity among health care employees and promote multicultural work place harmony.

3.Enhancing creativity in problem solving :

• Health care administors embrace innovation and implement newer startegies for responding to the changing demands for modern medical and nursing practices.
• Concentrates on providing the health care team with tools , educational workshops and hands on caoching to enhance critical thinking in solving day to day medical and nursing problems.

4.Providing patient centred services :
