Personal & professional goals: identify any goals you have that relate to your leadership development. You may want to identify both short-term (3-5 years) and long-term (beyond 5 years) goals.
Identify potential barriers/facilitators in meeting these goals.
According to my point of view I would like to guide you by example :-
supposes that my company getting a challenge or a target to
reach 30% more business target from
Previous financial year.
But company is working quite lasy in first quarter, not reaching
approximate to the target .
So according to me I am appointment as leader of company my
leadership planning and moves like this :-
1. Short term :-
* Analysis of work done in previous quarter.
* Finding failure.
* Motivating employees to work hard .
* Giving them fruitfull instructions and helping the company
employees where they are lagging behind.
*Making strategy on continuing basic.
* Setup a small goals and achieve them on time .
* Fast and accurate decision making .
* After work motiving them and listening their ideas in daily
meeting for short time for what we achieve today and what's our
work plan for Tomorrow.
Long term :- (5 to 10 years)
* Proper Time Management strategy . I have to manage my self
before employees try be punctual and admired them to also they have
to maintain discipline and work with full efficiency.
*I like to Built strong relationships with employees.
*Ready for adaptable change if is necessary for workings in our
goal direction.
*Set a goal that's a worthy ,for company while moving towards
aims.
*Clearity in achieving goal.
*Step focus and keep moving towards goals.
