  • My short term goal is that I need to become the General manager of my company and handle the entire recruitment process of the higher level. (Specific goal)
  • For reaching this goal I would do the recruitment tasks given to me to post jobs on portals and recruit as many people as possible at lower levels in order to meet my target of recruting atleast 50 people.(Measurable)
  • I am going to be tactful about and choose people not just on the basis of educational qualifications bu their life skills and communication skills too. I would assess people using psychometric tests to get an accurate insight into their personalities and whether they for the position or not. This will be dicussed with my head so that we can arrive conclusion with regard to the entire process. (Achievable)

This all would need time,atleast an year to set up my company right from finding location of the office to investors to employees. Hurdles would be many,setting up your own agency is not easy,rent of the office place,location,finding the right investors is all challenging and would require tactfulness.Have to convince people to join the company and invest in it and promise a good share of profits and also make them believe that they wouldnt be disappointed by investing. Finding the right people to work with me who can take the company forward is also challenging.
