Expert Solution

As a public figure, the target audience will be youth who want change, are full of energy and have the whole life and career to pursue ahead. It is the audience, because it needs a change, but are unable to get the right direction. Hence, encouraging this audience in right ways, can motivate people and then, these people can dedicate their some time, some resources and consolidated efforts to become more participative and bring the change required with participation. These are the citizen who have to gain or suffer, from the existing scenario. Therefore, their participation is very important to improve the conditions.

The one innovative way is to conduct surveys and ask youth and or experienced youth, regarding their happiness, dislikes towards the existing setup and if they want to improve it, then what they want to be done. It will help the public figure or leader to address the audience in the way what is expected by them. The second innovative way is to invite the audience in workshop based event where future of the country is portrayed and it gives opportunity for the youth to construct a model country or city. It will increase their participation and they can understand the power of it to implement it in real life scenarios.

Above are some of the ways to be used to convey the message to the target audience.
