Why do you think it is more important to differentiate yourself as a company when dealing with business to business transactions and customers than business to consumer customers?
It is essential for a Company to educate the other Businesses about the value that a Company can provide through their business transactions with such other Company. This is a process of marketing attempts, undertaken with the view of establishing long-lasting relationships with other Business houses and Customers, on the basis of trust as well as that of credibility in a given market. Moreover, it is to be noted that the other business customers, being in the similar profession, i.e., in to a Business, they find for more logic and rationality behind resorting to any purchase decision.
Therefore, unless a Company is able to differentiate itself when dealing with business to business transactions, the decision maker of the other Business customers cannot be targeted well. Hence, more research shall go into offering appropriate solutions when dealing with business to business transactions and customers than business to consumer customers.
