Ethical principals : Ethical principle is a most important process when recruiting participants for an experiment. There have some ethical principals in a recruiting process :

  • Confidentiality
  • Honesty
  • Not to discriminate on the basis of gender, race, skin colour.
  • Consistency etc.

Data collection method :

  • Interviews - This method of collecting data use presentation or oral verbal response. There are two type of interview method in ethical data collection. These are structured interview and unstructured interview. structured interviews are those interviews in which the questions that are to be asked from respondents are prepared and preplanned by the researcher. In unstructured interview the researcher conducts an interaction with the respondent in an informal atmosphere.
  • Questionnaire - Questionnaires are basically a kind of paper pencil and multiple choice test. The researcher can collect relavant data through the help of questinnaire from large number of sample at a single time. Questionnaire can be administered in three ways :-

1) Mail servey

2) Group administered questionnaire

3) And household drop off servey.
