The key issues are the following:-

1. Planning –

The main issue to implement a new tactic is prioritizing your effort and planning the timing, series and the resources required to successfully achieve each steps in your plan. The entire operation will fail if you are not planned it properly.

2. Lack of resources –

Lack of resources like employee, budget must be a big issue. The market structure and the feasibility of the project should be done.

3. Employee adaptability –

A dedicated employee is an asset of an organization. He/she must be ready to accept the change. Adaptability is the ability that helps to determine how you accept/respond to changes.Your ability to adapt to change situations makes you more valuable to a prospective employer.

4. Assigning work to the team members –

Poor communication between the team members has become the failure of the entire project. So teamwork is essential for obtaining the goal.

We can get everyone working together by

• Assigning the workload based on the employee’s strength. Communicate with each one and define their roles and responsibility.
• Include a mix of genders, a group of men and women can perform well than those who are men only. Women’s social skill is higher than men’s.
• Keep up the feedback whether the work is great or poor.
• Reward the good behavior by showing gratitude for the hard work your employees put in. It builds and strengthens relationships.
