Most important ethical concerns that arise when research conducted in low or middle economic countries are following:-

1.) The valunerble population :- Beacuse in developing countries populations is striving of thier basic necessities like food , shelter , water etc. more than half population below poverty line, So they are anware about thier rights and unable to take position so it's a challenge to reasearch in these countries.

2 . Issue of genuine consent :- A consent contains five major domains:-

Capacity, Discolsure, understanding, voluntariness, consent refusal.

People are educationally deprived so how they now about consent , in developing countries decision taken by family head or community head but we need a individual consent for research.

3. The debate of standard care :-

4. Socio- economic culture :- As we discussed above in developing countries lack of money they work only for thier food and shelter so anyhow there socioeconomic conditions is not good there is a challenge for research study.

5. Assessment of risk and benefits :- Risk of research failure may be arise due to incorrect data , But as well as if people give right information honestly research mer able to complete thier research.

6. Power of dynamics :- people are not educated in community if they feel they get benefits from this research they are ready to be participants in that research or family head give consent then a individual have hard to say no to a part of study but there have many ethical concerns in it .
