Talking about the differences and behaviors for various aspects of human resource management, hiring, compensating, and training employees is the primary goal in human resource management. Behavior in the organization is the aspect to describe how employees think and work. Organizational behavior is not any term or department but a team of people who work for a common goal with a vision of what things might work for them and whatnot for them. The organizational behavior often has several goals to achieve but what is the main goal to often prevent problems from happening during a change in company policies.
For example, the hiring process or collaboration is a fundamental key to organizational integrity or people who have a moral and factual belief in the value of collaborative work will be an influential culture fit than those who are more prosperous as individual contributors.
There are people who can interact with others from different cultures by attending the standards or forms created by that culture. They equally respect and try to know people of different cultures and love to get trained or train them.
example of performance appraisal, it is said that in the US the performance rating is always used to determine pay, not any other standards. We have this basic principle in the acceptability with the appropriateness, the integrity to pay for performance with simple quotes that says those who contribute more, deserves more rewards.
Example of compensation method, assume that an NRI employee whose bonus is linked to the US performance in North America. The payment of the bonus can easily rely on autonomous risk levels of states.
