McDonald's is world's one of the top food joint chain. It was started in United states in 1940 by Richard and Mauris McDonald. The company has expanded to more than 120 countires with employees strength of more than 200k and has more than 40,000 restaurants. Their top menu comprises of hamburgers, cheese burgers,french fries, nuggets.More than 75% of McDonald's chains are owned by independent owners as they are running franchisee model business in majority of their locations. They are highly customer focus company following standerdization of their food quality and follow high ethical and social principles. The major principles includes placing customer experience as their most important or core value and commuting to their man power through nurturing their skills and rewarding them based on performances.Risk management is highly imperative to the sucess of McDonald.
