Organizational Dynamics or organizational behaviours are the most expected way of conducting oneself in a business scenario. Although each corporate has its own style of conducting business and managing employees, there are three behaviours that I think are the paramount among the other such as Interpersonal Communication skills, Emotional Intelligence and Openness to Change.
Interpersonal Communication tops my list because people who work in an organisation are going to work as a team. Every process needs excellent communication between individuals, between departments and between managers in order to make sure the product or service that they develop goes out with high quality and satisfies the customer.
Emotional Intelligence is another area of interest that refers to one’s ability to control and channelize emotions in a way that doesn’t hurt or project one as a rude person. If one is able to handle emotions effectively, one would be able to maintain a cordial relationship with one’s colleagues, managers and customers.
Change is the only thing that won’t change and the global business is constantly changing, thus it becomes very essential for the employees and employers alike to embrace change and transform themselves to suit the changing business environment in terms of people, culture, language, skills, customers etc.
