Answer-Organizational structure is a type of structure in which the companies outline all the activities of the organization by which an organization can achieve its goals, in organizational structure ll the function of the management is defined by the promoters of the company. Organizational structure also involves al the rules and regulations of the company for their employees . The organizational structure involves the three-level management which includes top-level management, middle-level management, and lower-level management in which top-level management includes all the decision-makers of the company, middle and lower-level management works on the guidelines which are framed by the top-level management, middle-level management includes all the managers of the company who reports to the top-level management and lowe level management reports to the middle-level management managers and in the last lower-level management also refers as operational level in which all the production process takes place, lower-level management is the last level of management and responsible to answer the middle-level management whereas organizational culture is referred as the working conditions, beliefs, values of the organization and how the employees of the organization are working with the values, beliefs, and conditions of the organization, organization culture also defines the importance and behaviour of their employees and workers,organisational culture also defines the teamwork of the organization and motivates their employees to achieve the organizational goal to make the company stable and in profit. Informal organization is a type of organization which opposes the working structure and working culture of the formal organization, in an informal organization the working culture and atmosphere is very flexible in which all the employees of the organization treated equally and have right to oppose or right to correct management decisions, in informal organization management also welcomes the thought and ideas of the all level of management employeesInformal organization is preferable more that the formal organization in the working environment of the company..
