Opioid abuse is one of the major problems in US healthcare system the National institute of drug abuse claims that 130 people die in the US everyday from opioid overdose. This include prescribed pain killers ,heroine, fentanyl, other systemic opioids.s the economic cost of this crisis have reached $78.5 billion per year.This issue begin during the 1990s,as  healthcare providers were not aware of the addictive side effects of prescribed opioid pain killers and their prescription rates increased 21 to 29 percentage of paper prescribed awkward painkillers for chronic pain misuse them.
