Examine the wellness wheel. The wellness wheel provides the different aspects of a person’s life that contributes to a good quality of life. Which among these do you want to improve? Which aspects of your life do you want to focus on? Write a letter to yourself or to other people on what you will do given this pandemic. For example, if you choose, the physical wellness, what will you do to achieve physical wellness (e.g. exercise, eat healthy, etc.). Specify and elaborate. This will serve as your commitment to remain positive in this trying time. You may choose at least one or more than one it depends on you.

My Simple Plan To Remain Physical & Mentally Fit During This Tiring & Exhausting Time.
I will care for all given points below to keep myself healthy
Financial: -Make as possible as saving for tuff time to come & future restart.
Physical -Will concentrate more on health, safety, movement, nutrition & sleep.
Spiritual -Will doing spiritual awakening for betterment of self & others. By way of meditations, sattvic food, religious books & rituals
Intellectual -Will Stay up-to-date on current situations & future strategy
Social: -Will keep my self-connected with my buddies, it will be right time analysis who is yours.
Emotional -Will demonstrate highest level of resilience in time of uncertainty. Can be achieved by patience, will divert my time in chanting gods name or reading self-development, healthy, religious books.
Occupational -Continue contributing my unique talents for financial & social uplift.
Environmental -Will do best to enhance to uplift environment.
