Explain the difference between a human right and human need. identify the relationship between rights and needs.

1) Difference between human right and human need:-
* Need is something that is necessary for a human to live a healthy life.Need is something required for a safe, stable and healthy life.According to psychologists need is a psychological feature that arouses an organism to action towards a goal, giving purpose and direction to behaviour.
* Human needs include food, water, housing, clothing, safe physical and social environment, physical, social and economic security etc.
* Human rights are legal, ethical and social principles of freedom or entitlement. Rights provide freedom for humans to achieve something.Rights are permission to do something.
SO HUMAN RIGHT is something which allows freedom or permission to perform or to achieve something and HUMAN NEEDS are something which is necessary or essential for human survival.
2)Relationship between rights and needs:-
* Rights and needs are closely related. Human rights are an entitlement to have or do something or to fullfill something. They are rights to fullfill basic human needs. So needs provide grounding for rights and rights helps to meet needs.
