-Healthcare leaders make decisions that shaped caregiving in the United State. They help team members and organizations perform optimally in a constantly involving environment. These professionals may oversee business units such as operations, human resources, accounting or Overseas specific disciplines or regions.

-If I got rejected that may causes me to pull from others can lead to chronic feeling of loneliness and depression. While rejection sensitivity can co-occur with many mental health issues including social anxiety, avoidant personality, and border line personality, it is an official diagnosis.

- And the rejection piggyback on physical pain pathway in the brain, the same area of the brain become activated when we experience rejection as when we experience physical pain. This is why rejection is hurt so much

But can't always avoid social and rejection in our life, but what we can do is use this moments to grow, to learn more about ownself, and to build on shelf into the the short of person that we want to be by don't take it personally, Be kind, it's OK to feel hurt,but it's not one's fault, keep busy to divert mind and keep looking for another chance.
