The work environment is the employee's immediate surrounding where he performs his work. Employees' workplace is a key determinant of their level of productivity. A proper workplace is required to have an environment where the expected results can be achieved comfortably. The working environment is both an internal and external condition that influences the working spirit. A decent working environment is a condition where the individual can do their work in an ideal, secure, healthy, and comfort way.

A positive working environment can help to increase the employee's engagement and motivation, generating better results and a healthier atmosphere to work in. The tangible environment includes comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and a workstation that is fit for the purpose.  A good tangible environment helps the employees to feel valued and motivated. An Intaglibe environment is also necessary to motivate individuals and teams. It includes employee engagement, organizational culture, and prioritizing communication. A good Intangible environment enhances the trust among employees which leads to motivation. It also enhances the knowledge-sharing environment which brings creativity and innovation.

If a proper environment is provided in the organization, employees feel relaxed, comfortable and they will be positively stimulated which enhances their creativity. The most conducive environment to creativity depends on the factors such as comfort, space, color, and lightning. Comfortable seating, enough space to move around and good room temperature can all contribute to a creative environment. The environment has a significant impact on productivity, morale, and collaboration.

Job performance is the result of employee motivation and the ability to adapt situational constraints such as noise, office furniture, ventilation, and light. The organization should focus on the physical conditions to motivate employees by improving their work environment. As employees are motivated, their job performance will increase. A conducive work environment enhances the motivation, creativity, and performance of individuals and teams.
