Catastrophic events are those that would have a devastating effect on the environment . Work catastrophic events are those that would effect the work place in a severe manner. In order to avoid such circumstances an efficient leader is very important to lead the team . Communication also helps in understanding others and working as a team. Team work helps in working together which would hinder any disputes and hence any disasters could be avoided. Our motivation helps us in overcoming all the hurdles and work which would also develop our decision making capabilities and our perceptions which would help us understand the work environment and set our personality accordingly. Values at work place helps in making employees put aside theire individual perceptions and come together for the company . The moods and emotions of employees determines how well they can adapt in the company and work with the team which would help us in determining who are suitable for the company so that such events in future can be avoided.
