1. cognitive moral development, it is used for reference to moral development and a psychological theory gives moral for future, shows the proper attitudes and behaviors towards other people of society, that are based on culture. As a friend of cognitive moral is to be helpful for his friend and another person in society.

2. Ethical decision-making style means following the ethical principle with a consistent manner and eliminate the unethical manner. For a friend ethical decision-making style should be higher that is helpful for friends and community. My friend has the ethical decision-making style that how to deal with parents, relatives of other friends, how to treat with other society members.

3. Moral disengagement of a friend shows that moral laws do not apply for a person In a particular context and my friend follows it because in many contexts in treating to me he is not ethical, to make fun he makes some kind of torture on me, talking manner, etc.

4. Locus of control of my friend is higher because many contexts I made mistakes and made many kinds of loss at him but he didn't lose his control on me and never leave me.

5. Machiavellianism in my friend looks like negative because he never feels jealousy to me, share everything with me that helpful for me or both and appreciate me every time.

This kind of evaluation of 5 areas tells me about the way that he or she pursues ethical decision making.
