Slavery is one of the reasons that has completely impacted the people of colour. Not only one incidence, slavery has been one of the greatest works that was Carried out against the blacks in America. There was an increase in forced labour and there has also been an increase in descendants in slavery. The person who was being enslaved, would be humiliated or devastated or traumatised. The wives and children would not be protected against any action and the main reason of slavery or the foundation of slavery is white supremacy. Slavery was due to the fact that there existed a notion of white supremacy, there were no ideals of equality or liberty as blacks were not considered to be at a level that was equal to to whites.
Law enforcement and criminal justice people about these actions.
It is important that when officials are dealing with the normal people or an average person, they should keep the history in mind thinking about they have faced in the older years. It is important there the officials are treating with a person with colour, they should treat them just as they would treat the whites, so that the fact that they are equal and that the discrimination has ended is evident. Also, the fact that the officials should not view them with a different eye and that any such acts of discrimination should be even removed from the mind.
