Does apple’s global operations fit a multi-domestic, transnational or global strategy?
It can be mentioned that one of the main aspect of differentiating multidomestic transnational International and global strategies is there for a multidomestic strategy the pressure of customisation is high and pressure of keeping the cost low is less while for an international strategy the pressure of customisation and the pressure of keeping the cost low is also on the lesser node. according to global strategy the pressure of keeping the cost low is high and the pressure of customisation is low finally translational means the pressure of keeping the cost low and pressure of customisation are held and when it comes to the case of Apple the pricing is always premium where the pressure of keeping the cost less never a factor but the customisation different features are the ones which is differentiating that product and that is the reason why the pressure of keeping the cost low is less and pressure of customisation is high and that is the reason why it can be considered as a multidomestic strategy
