Communication is the process by which data or information is transferred between people or individual through shared signs, behaviour, language and symbols.

According to SMCRE-model necessary elements for proper communication are.

• Source(includes communication skills, attitude, knowledge, social system, culture)

• Message(element ,treatment, structure, code)

• Channel (hearing, seeing, touching, tasting, feeling)

• Receiver(includes communication skills,attitude,knowledge,social system, culture)

Nonverbal communication (NVC) define as a communication process by sending &receiving wordless signals by gesture and body language.

It consist many visual signs like kinetics or body language and (distance),para language,and touch(haptic).

It also consist chrome nice or use of time,eye contact,blink rate(oculesics).

Non verbal communication may mislead the receiver because due to cultural difference.Different gesture and cue are used in diffrent countries.

For example gesture and body language of indian people are different than western people like citizens of U.S or U.K.
