Every company Human resource management should be aware about Americans with disabilities act (ADA). Basically this act was passed to protect the rights of each individual who are staying in america regardless to any physical disability. The main idea behind this act is to protect the interest of civilians and if any disable person want to work then they should also get fair chance of employment.

The main role of Human resource manager in a company is to hire employees for there company. If any department wants man power then they directly contact to Human resource team and then HR team hire employees for that particular post. The human resource manager is resposbile for actvities related to employes that take place in the organization. The ways Human resource should be resposible and ensure that they are following Americans Disability Act in the organization-

1- Training- The proper training should be provided and ensure that all the employees are getting equal opportunity regardless any physical disability. All the things in the organization should equally distributed amongs all the employees regardless any physical problem.

2- All the areas that are there in the organization should equally accessible to the person who are disable.The strict action should be taken by HR manager if someone puts any restriction on accessibilty of any disable person.

3- A Human resource manager is responsible for ensuring that all types of organizations with more than 15 employees are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

4- The human resource manager undertakes staying within all federal regulations and laws. The manager should be responsible to how implement this American disability act and make sure that organization do not violate any law.

5- The human resource manager should spread notice among all the employees that if someone will tease or disrespect any disable person who are working with us then higher team will take strict action against him/her.
