As we all know the recent trends of the market and the organisation of diversity and inclusion is being largely conducted, an organisation doesn't even to left behind even to include disable people and giving them the equal right to live as a citizen. Thus, mentioned below are the practices a HR can take to work with Americans With Disabilities Act.
1. Equal Payment: By providing Equal payment to all the employees regardless of their gender or disability helps the people to regain their motivation and lost spirit. One feels active and happy from inside and thus would work accordingly good in the organisation too.
2. Equal Opportunities: Apart from the Equal Pay, an organisation should also try to provide equal opportunities to the people of the organisation being it from anywhere they belong to. By providing equal rights and opportunities to grow, suceed and develop their skills, all the people being the disabled ones too feel included and thus works better for the organisation.
3. Modify your arrangement: To provide comfort to the disabled people, more arrangement are to be made to make them feel included. By providing the desirable sitting arangement and any other furniture or desk arrangement that work according to their needs, an individual would feel empowered and motivated to perform better.
4. Unbiased training: An unbiased training for all the employees should be provided where the corporate culture and equity is talked about. No one should be discriminated on any basis and the culture of the organisation should always remain healthy and growing which communicates the value to them.
