I would choose and deal with a professional employee organization based on their response quality, i.e, how fast and how effectively the respond to requests and changes in external and internal factors. Also, an organization which is professional and ensures their employee grow along with the company's success, would receive highest preference.
3. Firstly, understand the HRS requirement for the firm. Then, do a market reasearch to identify the various available HR systems . Study their implementation and compare the pros and cons. Finally, select the best system that matches your organizational requirement. Prior to implementation, employees must be informed regarding the new system, trained and resolve queries, if any. Furthe, plan the implementation strategically to ensure no lapse of gap in the system is caused. After implementation, observe the functioning of the new system and make changes if required. Employee involvement is very important in this case.
