1. Ethics of business is a major factor in the employees of a company. The company needs to follow some steps to enhance ethical behaviour in the employees:

• The company needs to understand the value of ethics and by discipline and code of conduct the company primarily impose ethical behaviour in the employees.
• The company management must be friendly and familiar to the employees so that there grows a kind of kinship between te management and the employees. They should be made understand about the common goal of the company.
• The company must be aware abut the good reputation and also makes the employees aware of this. Such awareness makes the employees ethical in their conduct.
• There should be the system of reward for the employees for good honest service to the company.

2. There is a gap between police and the ordinary people. Police have to work in tough situation. They have to bear a lot of problems. They spend time with the criminals and they do not have much social interaction. Sometimes they behave rudely with the ordinary people and they even suspect themselves.

The criteria of their duty and the lifestyle make them away from the society. They fail to lead even healthy family life. There is lack of faith in the police and they are also involved in corruption. Such corruption also raises their reliability.
