World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 is the standard measure of disability. The scale is widely used to find out the severity of mental illness, for assessment purpose, Clinical Global Impression is widely used. In assessing a result a close relationship between the two scales that is Schedule2.0 and CGI is expected. Many patients across different countries examined and their data is collected for the purpose of finding out the severity of mental illness.

It is very difficult for the clinician to find out the accurate impact of illness on an individual. WHODAS 2.0 is not valid for children youth and bodily impairment it does not include environmental factors which lead to mental illness.
