There is various steps includes in the training intervention in organisation.
Implementation of training program:
You need to have leadership skills for your organisation to implement on others to develop leadership in them. You need to monitor your clients, participants whenther they have developed leadership skills in them through your traning program. If you observe transactional change in participants this means that your clients can using new methods that they learn through your organisation. This takes time to learn and using new methods perfectly.
Evaluation of your traning program:
You need to evaluate the training program whether this is effective or not. Is your clients getting benefits and making improvement through your program or not. For this you need to interview your clients for three to six month to evaluate how they are using your tips and tricks for leadership skills. By interviewing them you get to know potential of your program then you need to adjust your program accordingly.
