yes, this result almost match with my personality. i wanna see myself as puntual, to make wide circle acuitence,very self regulated and emotinally baalnced.to make my self dedicated,persistant,determind is key aspect of life, be an optimistic and take any decision very intellgenty or logically not emotionlly. i will have alwys be pragmatic view and gain knowledge through practically.

people or others mostly see myself as i am pessimistic and not emotionaly stable.people react that i am a solutitude person and not make any company with others.they think i am very over protective about future and not emotioanally strong.but they very well known i am humble and jolly mind people.

all the motivational theory specially maslow heirchy learnt me alot.so the motivation theory of maslow ,taylor, harzbarg rightly applicable in my evry aspect of life.maslow herichy theroy motivated me. firstly we should do something to fullfill our physiological needs like food . then really people getting hunger to get love and affection of family which is also very necessary, then must be find shelter.after in acadimically, i will make my self so sounding and develop such kind leadrship capablities that i will can recieve wide attention and create identity. at the last to fullfill self acctualized needs, i will alwys try to reach on pick in acadimically. so thsse motivatinal needs always boost or onspired to go ahed in life.

yes i find strong relation between motivation and personality. motivation is direction ,intensity and personality is allround development of human being like social, psychological,cultural and physical. if anybody does not have any diection or goal or motivation then he could properly developed his personality. personality is car where motivaation is wheel.personality and motivation is the two side of same coin.if people does not have any well personality then then he will be not much enthusiastic or well motivated to focus any object..and motivation has given well shaped of personality.various kinds of personality trait also manupulate of situation to stable of motivation.so it is clarly percieved that personality and motivation are integrated to each other.,
