Collaboration:
The collaboration can be defined as the process where the employees work together for a common purpose in order to achieve the organization’s goal.
Integration
Integration can be defined as a process of bringing people together in order to achieve the end result.
Cultural behaviors: Right from greeting each other to a thank you note culture plays a major role and each team member would have different set of cultural backgrounds. This is the first challenge that any leader would face while trying to promote collaboration and integration. Collaborating people with different cultures is a toughest one.
Diversity: Business has to be diverse in nature and the leader when trying to bring in the concept of accepting diversification then it becomes a challenge to make individuals understand how important is a diversified crowd and how each other should work with collaboration.
Communication: The way a leader communicates the importance of collaboration and integration would be a challenge. He should adopt the right way of communication to make the employee understand importance.
Empathetic: Being empathetic towards each other’s culture, values, morals etc is a must for any collaboration and integration process. The leader would face challenges when he tries to promote collaboration in this area.
