Potential Projects:
Potential Projects are identified using different techniques and by using different strategies for instance we can use marketing concepts when identifying potential by reviewing strength, weakness for example SWOT analysis. We can use different planning methodologies for understanding and analyzing its potential

Question No 2:

A single method is dependent on many other factors or catergozing of that project such as time. There are priorities of a project. We can upgrade our systems for categorizing information technology projects. Types of problem can categorize it, memory or capacity is also another factor.

Company can make prioritize their IT projects from level low to level high

The completion time is also another method for categorizing the project e.g early finish early start, late finish etc.
