Zappos is very much in online retail by e-commerce mainly selling shoes but also apparel and company founded in  1999 by an entrepreneur name Nick Swinmurn who was upset because of not find pair of shoes at his local store or mall. The name of the company taken from the Spanish word for shoe, Zapato, and the word zapped about how fast their product can be sent to customers.

Zappos has a unique management style adopted by the many multinational and high profile companies. Zappos is running a management style called holacracy and in this style, authority is redistributed to everyone putting one another on the same level of authority. Company with this management idea productive changes can be made easier as it no longer gets lost in translation as it goes up the corporate ladder.

Company strategic management provides what a company is doing to achieve ist mission and vision by completing specific goals and objectives, it includes like strategic focus, that entails the company is clear about its mission and vision and is pan to achieve.

Zappos company keep nurturing to set new ideas and Zappos company is a primary leader in the management and focuses its attention on empowering and developing its employees and the company 10 core values that are proudly displayed its website and the halls of its headquarters.

Values are like deliver wow through the service, embrace and drive the change, pursue the growth and learning, be adventurous, creative and open-minded, create fun and little weirdness, build an open and honest relationship with communication, build a positive team and family spirits, do more with less, be passionate and determined and humble.
