Meaning of a project vision:

It is a description regarding the desired result or end product after the completion of a project. It states what all are the specific reason to start with a project.

Example of a project managers vision statement (of a construction company): "Building up for the strong future of the country"

Meaning of a project mission ;

A mission statement states the details regarding a project pointing out the product, the target audience, and the strategies to win the customers. In other words, it denotes the ways to achieve the vision.

Example of a project manager's mission statement(construction company): Focusing on providing the best quality materials for constructions like bricks and cement to all the required sites internationally. We never compromise with the quality factor along with our great element of customer relationship service.
