I think employees who take advantage of these forms of family friendly-assistance support truly value these services more than they would an equivalent amount in take home pay.
Simple wages are no longer the only motivation for employees to do whatever they can to the company. Yet the incentives like family friendly-assistance support that workers receive are what inspire them to do well in their jobs often.
Family friendly:
Family-friendly work practices are designed to ensure that workers with children can continue their jobs without unnecessary difficulties because of their children. The public policy is focused more closely on family-friendly policies to help informal caregivers in the workforce. Promoting paid employment is not only financial benefits, but requires too much childcare, travel, education, marriage & family counseling, flexible working hours etc. and caring for the family.
The government is committed to promoting more women in key roles and fostering family-friendly work policies.
Paternity leave:
Paternity leave is one of the basic freedoms that family relationship also exists in the workplace. Paternity leave laws present some tough concerns that employees have to consider. Paternity leave is the perfect way for an adoption agency with a 26 weeks' employee, to take up to two weeks' leave in one block for a father, a partner to a pregnant woman, a surrogate parent, or someone with a kid. The leave shall be taken up in the case of early children 56 days from their birth or in the case of early children 56 days from their planned birthday.
Anyone responsible for parental work could take paternity leave. This means that they will be the biological parent of the child (whether or not they reside with the child) and that they claim to be responsible for their education.
Maternity leave:
Maternity leave is one of the universal freedoms of family members that also arise in the workplace. The maternity leave is the best thing for staff to take up to 4 to 6 month's leave when they are born. It poses some challenging problems in practice which employers need to consider. In order to apply, the employee must inform the employee in a specific form of her pregnancy and determine the start of her leave. Motherhood leave can start earlier than scheduled in some circumstances.

Flexible Work Options:
