define and explain the following concepts of conflicts management?
Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflicts while increasing the positive aspects of conflict.
Compromising concept;
A person who use a compromising conflict style attempt to balance the needs of or all sides in a conflict by encouraging everyone to give in on atleast some points .his style of conflicts can be more ' people skills' than other conflict resolution technique.
Collaborating
Collaborating style is when the concern is to satisfy both sides . It is highly assertive and highly cooperative. The goal is to find a 'win or win' solution. Appropriate uses for the collaborative style includes integrating solution ,learning, merging perspective s.
Competing
Competing is a style in which ones own need are advocated over the needs of others. T relies on an aggressive style of communication.,low regard for future relationship and the exercise of coercive power.
Avoiding
Avoiding or withdrawing from a conflicts require no courage or consideration for the other party. By avoiding the party,you essentially present that it never happens or doesn't exist.

Accomodating
Accomodating style is one of the sacrifice ,selfishnesse,assertiveness,. You are willing to give up just about everything in order to preserve the relationship with the other party. The party will be more important to you.
