1) Millennial Leadership is of different view of that has been followed till today's generation leaders. These are the leaders who believe in transformation. They are the ones who have full faith in the potential and skills of their employees. They just not only rely on formal training but give real life based challenges and provide face to face feedback. They focus on harmony, trust and flexibility in their working culture. Millennial have leaders who are genuine, sincere and have integrity in their working. Millennial leaders demonstrate value of humility, openness, practice , never ending learning and recognizes the strength and weakness of his/her employees.

- These kinds of leader are pro in technology. Yes, if we look at the traits of a millennial leader and a disruptive leader than we will find most of the traits are similar. Like both of the styles focus on Success, change , innovation , team work , risk lover and much more. However, disruptive leader at times can be dangerous for the company if the consequences are not analysed properly which is not with the millennial leader.
