1) Millennial Leadership is of different view of that has been followed till today's generation leaders. These are the leaders who believe in transformation. They are the ones who have full faith in the potential and skills of their employees. They just not only rely on formal training but give real life based challenges and provide face to face feedback. They focus on harmony, trust and flexibility in their working culture. Millennial have leaders who are genuine, sincere and have integrity in their working. Millennial leaders demonstrate value of humility, openness, practice , never ending learning and recognizes the strength and weakness of his/her employees.
2) The positive ways in which Millennial Leadership can impact
the organisation are-
- These kinds of leader are pro in technology. Due to their deep
understanding and liking towards technology they bring freshness
and innovation in the organisation, giving a competitive edge over
other organisations. technology offers various advantages which
your organisation will easily adapt to and helps you to
advance.
-The only thing that they want is success and its hard for them to
accept their defeat. So a leader who is hungry for growth will be
hardworking and lead your company to great heights.
-They are highly adaptive in nature and what may be the
circumstances, they will always have a solution to fight for the
problem. So basically you are never struck.
-These leaders exhibit the inspirational characteristics because of
which they are able to build good relations and earn respect of
co-workers which makes the team motivated enough to work.
-They are clear and specific as to what they have to achieve. Thus
there is no ambiguity in the minds of workers as well. The mission
and vision to a leader like this is absolutely clear and he conveys
this to the entire organisation.
-These leaders have guts to take risk and at times can challenge
the higher authorities and hierarchy. They just not blindly follow
what the CEO says but has the power to think and question the
impact of each and every decision. They think out of the box and do

organisation.

3) The disruptive leader is the one who is always looking for
better solutions for every problem. He is constantly in search of
ways to establish new processes and methods. He wants to make an
impact on the business as a whole, without worrying about the old
traditions and the consequences of legacy being followed. These
leaders posses different qualities which make them unique
like-
- They are brilliant and have commitment to succeed. They may not
be the toppers of their universities or scholars but believe in
only one this that is to succeed.
-They often challenge the set beliefs, notions, values, cultures
and traditions that have been following for long. This challenge
can at times back fire due to compulsive or aggressive
behavior.
- They always try to disrupt their own frames and challenge their
unproductive mindsets. This always benfit them by increasing their
focus, bringing in innovate, and helps in keeping one step ahead of
their future competitors. They train their teams to think and act
in the same way as he does.
- They are seeking in nature and constantly look for information,
insights,motivation and inspiration in unexpected place, people,
books , etc. They feel that the usual or “traditional” sources of

that is constantly chaining. They often ask excellent questions and

situations like poverty and disease. The leader believe in
innovation.
- They understand that disrupting environment or process on a
regional or even global scale can cause significant short-term
negative consequences. This will cause companies are to be driven
out of business, and many individual careers are adversely
affected. However, the value that is created by the company should
be far greater than the negative consequence only then it can
outweigh.
- They also focus on getting necessary funding , technology,
infrastructure and even human resource to bring about the change
that they want to see. It involves extensive training and
workshops.

employees, and others connected to their companies.
Yes, if we look at the traits of a millennial leader and a disruptive leader than we will find most of the traits are similar. Like both of the styles focus on Success, change , innovation , team work , risk lover and much more. However, disruptive leader at times can be dangerous for the company if the consequences are not analysed properly which is not with the millennial leader.
