Implementation plan for cafe project
Implementation plan is used to mapping out how to best implement a strategic plan from the outset, and how to effectively manage it as it gets put into place. It plays an important role in the success of overall strategic plan.
Implementation plan-
1. Research and discovery- it includes teams which are needed to achieve strategic goals, by interviewing Stakeholders Company can determine the most crucial assignment needed and prioritize them accordingly.
2. Map out assumptions and risks- it includes paid off holidays, budget constraints, losing personnel, market instability or even tools that require repair before implementation starts.
3. Assign responsibility- task management software is practically essential for this aspect. In it authority is delegated to team members.
4. Determine activities- it involves who will the part of plan, stakeholder requirements, resources allocation, risks based on assumptions and dependencies.

1. SWOT analysis
Strengths- Cafe Coffee Cup is a unique coffee shop concept. The owner has firsthand experience in operating and starting new hotels. Handpicked baristas will bring professionalism and enthusiasm to the shop.
Weaknesses- Company has minimum budget and is competing against large established coffeehouses.
Opportunities- Park demographics support the need for a coffee shop. Target the active and recently retired peoples’ market.
Threats- The old coffee place shop is currently for sale; should another independent purchase this café, it can be threat to market share.
2. Strategy pyramid- in a short term, a number of promotions and activities are planned to create awareness about new coffeehouse. It will have a contest offering 50 bottomless mugs and will publicize this promotion through radio advertisement and posters in the malls. During its first year of operations it will pass out a limited number of coupons for a free cup of coffee to prospective customers visiting the mall.
3. Unique selling preposition- it has small cozier size combined with premium coffee served by knowledgeable baristas.
4. Competitive edge- its size is a greatest attribute. Customers can easily adjust business hours to accommodate an afterhour’s book reading session. It will truly cater its customers’ needs.
5. Competition based pricing.
6. The menu will focus on the most profitable products sold.
