Human resource plan for a cafe project:

1. Human resource requirements: For any cafe project, coffee maker and some waiters would be required. Apart from that, they would need a manager and an accountant. Sweepers or other cleaners are also required.

2.Personnel plan: Regarding salaries, 100$ per month would be sufficient for cleaners, 150$ for waiters, 200$ for an accountant, and 300$ for the managers. This can be negotiable according to the abilities.

3. Recruitment: Recruitment would be done by inviting the pool of candidates. Advertisement in newspapers, and social media platforms for the vacant positions for waiters, sweepers accountants, a manager, and a coffee maker.

4. Selection: Selection would be done taking in mind the job requirements. Eg: For an accountant, one must know basic accounting knowledge, a waiter must be polite in speaking, etc.

5. Training: As such, there are no important training required for the personnel. However, training for coffee makers to operate the machine can be given, and waiters can be given training on how to deal with the customers.

6. Human resource techniques: Total quality management can be applied for the cafe project for improving the productivity and quality of service by the personnel.

7. Performance appraisal: The performance analysis of everyone would be presented in front of everyone monthly.
