In order to successfully implement a strategic plan, an organization needs to consider the following mentioned aspects, they are:

1. A proper plan is requires which will consist of all the details and the plan of action as well, it can be stated that a strategy cannot be successful without a plan and the statement is very much true. Without a proper plan nothing can be successful and a strategy is not an exception.

2. The initiatives that the organization is planning to implement needs to be aligned with the planning and all the requirements regarding the initiatives needs to be determined and the plan of action should be present in this aspect.

3. Preparing the budget is an important aspect and organizations need to be very careful while preparing the budget and aligning it with the initiatives and performance.

4. A proper structure of the strategy should be maintained and that should be in sync with the organizational structure as that is important6 in order to succeed.

5. The employees need to be engaged in the whole process, the more the number of employees getting engaged the more convenient it becomes for organizations to plan their strategy and implement them.
